Please join President Atwater on Thursday, September 18 at 7:00 p.m. as we formally open the University Performing Arts Center with a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by a concert in Fisher Auditorium presented by the faculty and students of the Department of Music. The evening festivities will continue after the concert with a reception, exhibits, demonstrations, and self-guided tours.
The University Performing Arts Center project reflects a $12 million investment devoted to a significant renovation and a 20,000 square-foot addition linking Fisher Auditorium and Waller Hall. The project also includes a grand atrium lobby. This center will serve as a stronger resource for local economic development, enhancing cultural life in our region.
