I am saddened to tell you of the passing of one of our students, Ryan Decker, following a vehicle accident on January 5 in Indiana County.
Ryan, 21, a sophomore history major from Armagh, was a student worker in IUP's Facilities Operations.
Friends will be received from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. today at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh, where a service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, with Pastor James Pardee officiating. Interment will be in Germany Lutheran Cemetery.

The death of someone you knew can evoke strong feelings. The best way to cope is to talk to your closest friends, family members, or trusted teachers.
