College students are intent upon setting themselves up for career success, but they may be unaware of how important establishing a positive online reputation is to getting the job they want, or how best to create it.
In this online, interactive program on Wednesday, November 10, 4:00–5:00 p.m., IUP graduate Dr. Melissa Calderon and Professional Studies in Education Professor Crystal Machado will discuss the results of their research into how institutions on the high school and college level are helping students to develop skills, improve their online personas, and engage with the digital world in a professional, ethical, and safe way.
They will be joined by a panel of IUP faculty and student support staff who will provide practical tips on how students can take steps to engage with the digital world in a positive, proactive, but also safe and ethical manner that will lead to student success. Join the workshop on Zoom.
Attendance vouchers will be available to participants.
