Samuel Waltemeyer (SAHE '11) was selected as Phi Mu Delta Fraternity’s fourth executive director, effective August 1, 2023. After graduating from SAHE, Waltemeyer worked at Dartmouth College, Rutgers University–Camden, and finally Carnegie Mellon. He worked with fraternities and sororities at each institution.
As an alumnus of Phi Mu Delta, Waltemeyer has served on various committees, as a district governor, and most notably as national president from 2014 to 2016. Most recently, Waltemeyer served on the Phi Mu Delta Foundation Board.
Upon his hiring, Waltemeyer commented, "I firmly believe Phi Mu Delta has the potential to transform the lives of its members in significant ways. As the successor to our accomplished former executive director, I am fully dedicated to propelling the National Council's bold mission of redefining fraternity while preserving Phi Mu Delta's unique and cherished identity."
