IUP is committed to maintaining a learning and work environment that is free from all forms of sexual discrimination or sexual misconduct, and processes that are fair to all parties involved. Please refer to the Sexual Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct Policy and related resources.
Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer and Title IX Coordinator Elise Glenn, and the staff at the Counseling Center and the Haven Project, are available to offer support and information, or to direct you to the office or resource that can provide help. Confidential services can be provided.
Please download and keep the Where to Turn for Help (PDF) informational sheet and the Social Equity and Title IX Office brochure. Please also take a few minutes to view the IUP Student Overview Video: Civil Rights, Title IX, and Sexual Misconduct.
All employees and university-related personnel, including student workers and graduate assistants, are reminded that you are a “Responsible Employee” and, unless designated as having legal privilege or confidentiality, are required to immediately report actual or suspected sexual discrimination or misconduct to the Title IX Coordinator.
IUP takes concerns and complaints very seriously. A Reporting an Incident of Concern Form is also accessible to all students and employees. If you have any concerns for the immediate safety of yourself or others, please contact University Police at 724-357-2141.
