    The purpose of this policy is to define University notification and procedural response to a report of a presumed missing residential student.
    Involuntary Withdrawal Policy
    The Involuntary Withdrawal Policy provides a procedure for determining whether an identified student's behavior poses a Direct Threat and for responding to such behavior.
    Sexual Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct Resources
    Sexual discrimination and misconduct include: sexual harassment, non-consensual sexual contact, non-consensual sexual intercourse, sexual exploitation, and retaliation. Resources and support services are available to the University community.
    Sexual Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct Policy
    IUP is committed to providing a safe and positive living, learning and work environment that is free from sexual discrimination and other prohibited sexual misconduct. The Sexual Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct Policy provides definitions and reporting and complaint resolution procedures. It is applicable to all students and employees of the University, as well as designated volunteers, contractors, and vendors.
