Faculty who participate in four Teaching Circle Meetings and four Large Group Meetings are recognized as Active Plus Members.
CTE encourages reflective and effective teaching through Teaching Circles and Large Group Meetings.

CTE offers Diversity, Equity and Inclusion professional development, resources and collaboration.
CTE publishes the Advisor Advocate Bulletin and offers Advisor and Advisee resources and IUP Advise training materials.
We host professional development opportunities for faculty such as the Summer Academy.
We recognize our fellow faculty through annual Faculty Recognition Awards and award Mini-Grants to fund Teaching Circle projects.
