E. William "Bill" Staffen, Jr. currently serves as vice president/Business Development/Commercial Loan officer for Marion Center Bank. Marion Center Bank serves the people of Indiana, Cambria, and Armstrong counties and beyond.
Mr. Staffen joined Marion Center Bank in 2012 after serving with First Commonwealth Bank for 31 years. It was there that hegrew his careerwithFirst Commonwealth Bank as Community Office manager, assistant vice president Business Development, vice president Commercial Lending, and senior vice president Business Banking,retiring as senior vice president.
He is a graduate of IUP with a BS in Education and is a graduate of Oklahoma University School of National Commercial Lending, American Institute of Banking, Central Atlantic School of Banking, Robert Morris Associates Uniform Credit Analysis School, and several business development courses.
Mr. Staffen serves as president/CEO of Citizen's Ambulance Service, Inc., board member of the Jimmy Stewart Museum, life member of Homer City Volunteer Fire Department, deputy wildlife conservation officer (retired) of the Pennsylvania Game Commission, and treasurer of Indiana County Sportsmen for Youth. He is a United States Air Force veteran, having served during the Vietnam conflict. In the 1970s Mr. Staffen also taught high school at Homer-Center School District, where heserved as teacher, athletic director, and coach.
He resides in Indiana, Pa. with his wife, Diana, and has one married daughter, Lisa Iezzi (Joe), and grandson, Austin. He enjoys the outdoors, hunting, fishing, andtaking care of hisclassicautomobile.
