Central Storeroom shipping and receiving is responsible for identifying shipments by purchase order number or procurement card number, recording the receipt of goods, and for delivering the shipment to the originating department or to the campus community by utilizing the most economical means.
Auxiliary Delivery/Pick-up Service
On-demand deliveries made on and off campus are provided by the Central Storeroom drivers. Call the storeroom directly at 724-357-2718 to make proper arrangements. This includes satellite campus deliveries. Delivery service is limited to only approved vendors and sites. There will be no residential home deliveries.
Campus Delivery, Pickup, and Receiving Services
Hours for campus deliveries are Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. For all time-sensitive deliveries, contact the storeroom supervisor at 724-357-2718 or send an email to central-storeroom@iup.edu. Please include all relevant details to assist us in the delivery (tracking #, vendor name, delivery service, etc.)
Counter Service
The Central Storeroom provides a complete counter service for all campus customer needs. This includes, but is not limited to, storeroom material order and pickup, shipping and receiving services such as incoming and outgoing packages, immediate access to storage areas, etc.
