Biography
John Lewis has been a part of the IUP faculty since 2007. His current research interests include legal impact studies, deterrence theory, and underage alcohol use. John has served as the department's assistant chair, interim director of the Criminal Justice Training Center, director of the Criminology Advising Center, co-chair of the University-Wide Undergraduate Curriculum Committee, and co-director for Advising and Student Engagement for the Center of Teaching Excellence. He has published works in the Journal of Correctional Education, Criminal Justice Studies, and Police Quarterly.
