While maintenance workers do maintain most of the facilities on campus, there are certain equipment and services that other departments maintain:
Cable Television
To have your cable service repaired, submit an ihelp ticket or contact the IT Support Center at 724-357-4000.
Exterminations
Residence Hall exterminations are handled by the Office of Housing, Residential Living, and Dining. The contact number for OHRL exterminations is 724-357-7502. Academic buildings in need of extermination services should contact Procurement Services at 724-357-2301 to make use of the university extermination contract.
Refrigerators
Maintenance repairs refrigerators in all academic buildings and the dining halls. However, repairs for refrigerators in other OHRL buildings are handled by the Office of Housing, Residential Living, and Dining. The phone number is 724-357-2698.

To have your telephone line issue resolved, submit an ihelp ticket or contact the IT Support Center at 724-357-4000.
Washers and Dryers
Maintenance repairs the washers and dryers in the Memorial Field House only. For all other buildings, contact Ian McIsaac (imcisaac@iup.edu) at 724-357-1314.
Vending Machines
To have a vending machine repaired, please contact David North (David.North@iup.edu) at 724-357-3028.
