IUP's Graduate Admission process is centralized. Applicants submit materials directly to Graduate Admissions for authentication and review for minimum requirements. Applications ready for review can be seen on your Graduate Coordinator Dashboard within CRM Recruit.

All applicants submit application materials directly to Graduate Admissions. The Application for Admission is available online. Additional information about requirements can be located through the following links:
Graduate Admissions and the Coordinator's Role
Your program is assigned to one of our Admissions specialists, who process all application materials for your applicants. Once that is complete, you can view your applications ready for review at the bottom left of the Graduate Coordinator Dashboard within CRM Recruit.
After you put a decision on the application and add a graduate adviser for the student, an Admissions Operations specialist will give it one final look to make sure everything is in order. Then, the admission decision is finalized, sent to Banner, and the applicant receives notification of the decision.
