Health Service does not bill any insurance for services provided. Any charges incurred during your visit will be posted on your IUP account accessible in MyIUP, and it is your responsibility to pay through EasyPay. We are able to provide you with a billing statement that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

Medications

Prescription medication from the Health Service dispensary may have a cost billed to your student account. If you prefer to use your insurance, you can ask for a prescription that can be filled at a local pharmacy.

Injectable medication assistance is available at Health Service. Call our office to set up a time to talk with a nurse about your medication injection. This includes but is not limited to testosterone, Humira, B12, and Dupixent.

No-show Visit Fee

If you have scheduled an appointment at the Health Service and cannot attend, you must cancel the appointment. You will be charged a $25 fee for each missed appointment. You can avoid this charge by canceling your appointment. Non-canceled appointments are missed opportunities for other students in need of our service.
