Reserve a Group Study Room 

Study rooms are located on the ground and second floors of Stapleton Library.

Rooms are intended for groups of two to four people and are equipped with tables, chairs, electrical outlets, and whiteboards.

Study Room Policies

  • Reservations are not required to use a study room; however, a group with a reservation can ask an occupant to immediately vacate the room.
  • Study rooms may be reserved by current IUP students. Faculty and staff needing space for classes, meetings, or events should use 25Live to locate other spaces in the library.
  • No more than two hours may be booked by a single user in a single day.
  • Second-floor Stapleton is a quiet floor, and the study rooms are not soundproof. Please keep your voices low.
  • No-Show Policy: A study room reservation will be considered canceled if the room is not occupied within 15 minutes of the reserved time.
