De-Stress Activities and Services
Finals can be a stressful time, but there are ways to ease the anxious moments as you work hard to wrap up the semester. You can join several in-person, pet the therapy dogs, or go to the Center for Health and Well-Being’s De-Stress Fest. Take a walk, listen to music, or talk to a supportive friend or family member. If it gets to be too much, there are walk-in hours at the Counseling Center, where you can talk to someone confidentially. Your health comes first. Take care of yourself.
Don’t forget to check out the activities being planned by your residence assistants or student organizations promoted on Crimson Connect.
If you need time with a therapy dog, email Sara Dillion at sdillon@iup.edu to make an appointment with Ranger.
