All requests for review of a parking citation must be made within five days of receiving the parking citation. When a parking citation is appealed, payment must be made at time of appeal.

To appeal a parking citation you received on the IUP campus to the Parking Authority Review Board, please fill out and submit the following form. Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Current students, faculty, and staff should not complete this form, but should submit their appeal through their parking portal account.
Please send any pertinent receipts, statements, photos, or other documents to support your appeal to parking-services@iup.edu. Put the citation number in the subject line.
