This seminar is designed to address the two dimensions of conflict—the issue of the conflict and the emotions surrounding the conflict—and provides insight into how conflict can be managed and resolved.

Happier Women: 25 Ways to Reduce Stress is a film comprising 25 video clips that deal with challenges many modern women confront, including clutter control, sleep disorders, workplace stress, and anxiety and depression. A short discussion about the film's content and how it applies to women's lives will follow. The showing of the film will also serve as an introduction to IUP's Films on Demand database.

Women and the Benefits of Exercise
