- Pennsylvania Department of Health has a toll free quit line which puts you in touch with a trained professional who can assist you. To start that conversation, call 1-800-QUIT-NOW (1-800-784-8669).
- FREE 24/7 quit help texted to your phone. Text QUIT to 47848, answer a few questions and you'll start to receive messages to help you quit.
