Please complete the following form to request the Vice President for Student Affairs to speak at or attend an event. The VPSA Office attempts to accommodate as many speaking requests as possible and appreciates your support of the university.

Please Note: Submitting this form does not guarantee that the VPSA is available to speak at or attend your event. You may wish to contact the VPSA Office directly to ascertain whether the VPSA will be available during the time you will be requesting him to be at your event. The VPSA Office will contact you to confirm whether or not the VPSA is available to attend your event once this form is received. 

Please allow a lead time of at least two weeks by filling out the form below. If you are inviting special guests to the event who do not have a formal role in the program, please be sure to introduce them near the beginning of the program and thank them for attending.
