The Office of Parking and Transportation Services, in conjunction with the Public Safety Department, would like to notify the campus community that the following parking lots will be closed beginning Friday, October 4, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in preparation for IUP Homecoming activities.

Please refer to the map, below, for locations of affected parking lots highlighted in green:

  1. #4 - Eberly East Lot
  2. #34, #35, #36 - Stadium Lot North
  3. #53 - Stadium Lot South
  4. #28 - Reschini Lot
  5. #54 - Wayne Avenue Lot
  6. #52 - Zink Lot
  7. #46 - Twelfth Street (adjacent to Zink and the railroad tracks)
  8. #38, #39 - Stright Top & Bottom Lots

Vehicles that are not removed by 5:00 PM may be ticketed and towed from the parking lot at the owner's expense. The lots will reopen for regular use on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.

If you have a guest visiting and you would like to purchase a visitor’s parking permit, you may do so at the Parking Services Office located in Clark Hall during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m.  Payments may be made with cash, check, or crimson cash ONLY  (credit/debit cards are not accepted).  Visitor parking permits are valid at the Robertshaw Long Term Parking Lot.

Temporary Guest Parking Permit Costs:

  • 1–3 Days: $15
  • 4–7 Days: $20

Please remember, there is no parking from 2:00 a.m. until 6:00 a.m. (INCLUDING WEEKENDS) in the following parking lots: Please refer to the list of “No Parking 2:00 AM until 6:00” in our parking regulations.
