During academic year 2020-21, please be aware that all face-to-face gatherings should be limited to essential only. Students and employees are encouraged to use virtual meeting tools, including the phone and videoconferencing (Zoom), in lieu of in-person meetings,
whenever possible. In addition, when essential face-to-face, non-instructional gatherings must take place, local and state regulatory policies must be adhered to by event organizers.
