
Winter Session at IUP is offered from December 18, 2025, through January 9, 2026. The last day to submit a winter application is December 15, 2025, by 4:00 p.m.
Guest Students
The winter session is open to students from other universities and the general public. A Guest student application must be completed.
State System Visiting Students
Students attending another Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education institution are able to transfer the credit and the grade back to their home institution.
Current IUP Students
Students already enrolled at IUP should use MyIUP to register.
Undergraduate registration opens October 27, 2025
Graduate registration opens October 29, 2025.
General Information
Drop or add a Winter Session course through Friday, December 19, 2025, without penalty.
Courses dropped beginning December 20, 2025, are considered a withdrawal and students will owe full tuition.
All tuition bills are sent to the student's IUP email account.
There is a one-class limit for Winter Session unless permission is granted by the assistant/associate dean of the student's college.
