The Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education Board of Governors has adopted Policy 2002-01: Energy Management and Conservation.

Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as a part of PASSHE, will develop, implement, monitor, and maintain an energy management plan as a necessary component of the System's strategic and programmatic planning to support and advance the educational mission of the System.
