The Jones White Writing Center is again offering a Graduate Editing Service to advanced graduate students. This is an online-only service (synchronous or asynchronous) service where you can submit your work for feedback on the following three areas:

iThenticate tutorials: Tutors will submit your work to iThenticate and provide you with an overview about any issues dealing with inappropriate use of sources.

Dissertation and Thesis formatting review: Work with our tutors to ask questions about formatting your dissertation appropriately for submission.

Dissertation and Thesis editing: Tutors will work with you to edit your final version of your dissertation or thesis for submission. You should only use this service once your committee and advisor have signed off on your dissertation or thesis and you are preparing for submission.
This service is designed for advanced graduate students who are nearing the completion of their thesis and dissertation. If a graduate student is earlier in their writing process, they should be working with our regular tutoring service for feedback.
To schedule with this service, click Schedule a Writing Center Tutorial through the Academic Resources and Support tab under the Academics Page of MyIUP. Once in our schedule system, click the drop-down menu at the top (next to the date in the center of the blue bar), and click Fall 2021 Graduate Editing Service. We have limited appointments for fall 2021, so please schedule early.
