At the Bureau of Investigation and Enforcement as a fixed utility manager, Amanda Gordon is responsible for the oversight of all analyses and preparation of expert testimony presented in various proceedings, including rate cases, universal service filings, and merger applications. She was awarded the Certified Rate of Return Analyst designation from the Society of Utility and Regulatory Financial Analysts in 2008. In 2012, Amanda earned a Level 1 Pennsylvania Certified Public Manager (PA CPM) designation. She has also participated in the Commission's NARUC-USAID missions with Kosovo and Serbia. Before coming to the Pennsylvania PUC in 2005, Amanda worked in the banking industry in the retail and commercial credit sectors.
