Jonathan Sebolt '07

Jonathan Sebolt graduated in 2007 with a degree in Management Information Systems. During his time at IUP, he was a member of the Army ROTC, student manager for the Academic Technology Services department, and a member of Phi Mu Delta. Sebolt currently serves as the Director of the Information Services Division for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
At UPMC, he oversees various business operations and manages the overall financial health of the department. In addition, he also serves on several enterprise advisory committees and acts as recruiter and mentor to new staff.
Mr. Sebolt started his professional career with The AEC Group as a Senior Technology Specialist, working with clients and coordinating and linking the computer systems to increase compatibility. In addition, he trained staff and users to work with the systems and programs, while also assisting in decision making by preparing cost-benefit and ROI analyses. After 3 years with AEC group, Mr. Sebolt moved to Education Management Corp, where he worked as a Senior Systems Engineer. He left EDMC in April 2012 and started as a director at UPMC in June 2012. Jonathan earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Argosy University.
