Alumni and former student services include services that were previously accessed through MyIUP.
Review the following items for more information regarding the services available to alumni and former students. Contact the offices listed in each section if you have questions about the service.
The term former student refers to students who no longer have an active computing account as per the Computer Account Retention Procedures. If you were recently readmitted to the university, your IUP account will be active. You will need to complete a self-service password reset in order to access MyIUP and your IUP email again. Please contact IT Support by phone at 724-357-4000 or by email at it-support-center@iup.edu if you need help with a password reset.
Alumni and former students with inactive IUP computing accounts no longer have access to the MyIUP portal. This page provides information for users to get access to services previously provided via MyIUP.
Access to IUP EasyPay for Former Students and Alumni is handled through the Authorized Users login (https://iup.edu/easypay). You must have a personal email address registered as an Authorized User on your account in order to access your EasyPay account.
If you do not have a personal email address registered as an Authorized User, you will need to contact the Office of Student Billing at student-billing@iup.edu.
If you have a hold on your account, please review the hold with the Office of Student Billing at student-billing@iup.edu.
If you plan on returning to IUP, you will need to apply for reenrollment.
For more information regarding reenrollment procedures, please see the Registrar's page.
