IUP utilizes a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone system.
Two of the largest benefits of using a VoIP phone system are the potential cost savings for long distance (both domestic and international), and each line of service will have voice mail included.
Questions about IUP telephone services should be directed to IT Support via ihelp. Please include the phone number that you have a question about, or that you are having an issue with. Also, provide us with a different phone number in case we need to reach out. For some requests, a cost center may be needed. Please include this cost center when creating your request to help expedite your request. No charges will be made against that cost center without your approval.
