Term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance for employees and qualifying dependents. Fully employee paid. Available to all full-time permanent employees and temporary full-time faculty employed for a one-academic year contract and their dependents, and permanent part-time employees and dependents if working at least 50 percent of time. Voluntary Long-Term Disability Insurance Program
Income protection insurance equal to up to 60% of employees' gross annual salary to a maximum of $5,000 monthly benefit. 90-day or 180-day elimination period. Fully employee paid. Available to all full-time permanent employees and temporary full-time faculty employed for a one-academic-year contract and permanent part-time employees if working at least 50 percent of time.
