Pay-by-license plate (PBL) spaces are marked by yellow painted lines and are available for you to pay through the Passport Mobile App, the Passport website, or at a centrally located PBL station. Parking signs at the entrances of parking lots, street parking, or at pay areas display a sign indicating this is a pay area.
Paid parking areas are on a first-come, first-serve basis for anyone to use. You must pay the entire time you occupy the space.
PBL fee: $0.25 for 25 minutes.
Passport charges a convenience fee per transaction.
IUP's Passport Parking Zone is 345.
PBL are enforced Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., during each academic session from the first day of registration through the last day of finals, excluding winter break.
PBL machines accept the following types of payment: quarters, dollar bills, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and IUP Crimson Cash.
The customer is responsible for correctly entering their license plate number into the kiosk or into Passport.
