The Student Picture Service was created at the request of ACPAC to provide authorized faculty members with photos of students in their courses.

The former legacy student photos solution has been deprecated as part of the OneSIS migration. The recommendation, which was discussed and vetted at ACPAC meetings in AY23–24, is to access photos of individual students via the Class List application in MyIUP.

Instructions to Access Pictures

Use the following steps to access student pictures:

In the MyIUP portal:

  1. Click Discover and search for Student Information.
  2. On the Faculty Student Information card, click on Student Photo.

Follow the prompts to find your class list.
