Description: This study describes the development, implementation, and services delivered for an experimental program that provided intensive probation supervision, extended batterer counseling, drug and alcohol treatment, and enhanced victim services to domestic violence cases.
Goal: to evaluate a specialized sentencing system for domestic violence cases in the Philadelphia courts.
