Mike Price has served as president and chief executive officer of First Commonwealth Financial Corporation since March 2012. He first joined the company in November 2007 as president of First Commonwealth Bank. Prior to his time at First Commonwealth, Mike worked at a larger financial institution in Ohio, where he served in a variety of roles, including bank teller, branch manager, lender, head of Small Business, and regional CEO.
In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mike has had the opportunity to serve in a variety of industry and community endeavors. He is an ecclesiastical leader for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mike currently serves as a director on the boards of Indiana Regional Medical Center and the Pennsylvania Bankers Association. He also serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland's Advisory Board. In addition, Mike has led fundraising campaigns and serves with numerous community outreach efforts in a variety of capacities.
Mike graduated from Westmont Hilltop High School in Johnstown, Pa. and attended Penn State University. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Utah, and he earned his MBA from Cleveland State University.
Mike and his wife, Heather, reside in Indiana, Pa. and have five daughters.
